Qi Nourishment: Practice Qi cultivation through standing meditation, sitting meditation, Ba Duan Jin, and meridian stretching.
Cultural Nourishment: Read beneficial literature to cultivate wisdom, including classics of Chinese culture.
Martial Nourishment: Strengthen your body and will through martial arts like Wu Qin Xi, Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing, Tai Chi, Ba Ji Quan, Xing Yi Quan, and Ba Gua Zhang.
Sleep Nourishment: Ensure good sleep to nurture your vital energy.
