Preparation: Add an appropriate amount of water to the above ingredients and boil for 30-45 minutes. Strain the liquid, add more water, and boil again for about 30 minutes. Strain again and combine both batches of decoction.
Usage: Take 50 milliliters twice daily, in the morning and evening, for 10 to 20 weeks.
Note: Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that "obese people often have phlegm" and "overweight individuals tend to have Qi deficiency." Therefore, treating obesity typically involves transforming phlegm, eliminating dampness, strengthening the spleen, and boosting Qi. This formula can be effective in addressing obesity caused by metabolic and endocrine disorders.
